Single Origin of the Month: Honduras
We have secured a limited quantity of a high end speciality coffee called Honduras Sandra Trochex. This premium washed coffee has a delightfully complex flavour and it is proving popular with our coffee subscribers.

This coffee is grown on the Don Amado farm in Las Flores, Santa Barbara. The farm is run by Sandra Tropez, who took over production after the sad passing of her husband Amado in 2019. Don Amado farm rose to prominence in 2010 when they won the Cup of Excellence for Honduras.
