• Brazil Bela Vista Farm (Natural Anaerobic): From the renowned Cerrado Mineiro region, this Yellow Catuai varietal undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a bold and adventurous profile.
  • Tasting Notes: Boozy, Rhubarb, Red Grapes.
• PNG Kongo Simbu Province (Washed): A classic washed coffee from the highlands of Papua New Guinea. This blend of Typica and Bourbon varieties delivers a smooth, comforting, and creamy cup, perfect for any time of day.
