Travellers specialty coffee blend will suit the coffee lover wanting a blend with enough body and flavour to cut through milk but with a smoothness and complexity to satisfy the black coffee drinker.
Roasted for espresso, perfect in black styles great cut through in milk.

Peak Brewing: 12 - 40 days post roast
Brewing Ratio: 50% (1:2) i.e. 18g dose for 36g extraction yield
Extraction Time: 28 - 32 seconds
Temperature: 92 - 93 degrees Celsius
Perfect brewed as espresso. Great in a Moka pot or Aeropress. Will suit other filter styles.
