  • Papua New Guinea Bomai Grade A – Washed
  • Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Worka Sakaro Gr 1 – Washed
  • Guatemala Santa Rosa SHB - EP – Washed
  • Brazil – Mantiqueira De Minas - Yellow Bourbon – Natural process

Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg bags.

BREWING

Peak Brewing: 7 - 30 days post roast

Brewing Ratio: 53% (1:1.9) i.e 18g dose - 34g extraction yield

Extraction Time: 30 - 35 seconds

Temperature: 93 - 95 degrees celsius

Perfect as espresso. Suits all filter styles brilliantly (Aeropress, Pour Over, Plunger etc)
